In 2018 I was gifted a cake mixer for my birthday given my love of 'The Great British Bake Off'! Having never baked, I quickly put my mixer to use and started creating for friends and family!

Fast forward 5 years and I’m now baking full-time having given up a finance career in the city, pursuing my passion for making brownies, celebration cakes, cookies and cupcakes!

If I had to chose one favourite, it would have to be our chunky gooey brownies and blondies which are now delivered by mail all over the UK.
